Huber+Suhner acquires Ingun

Huber+Suhner signed an agreement to acquire Ingun Prüfmittelbau GmbH and Ingun International GmbH including their subsidiaries. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2026. Ingun has more than 400 employees, production sites in Europe and Asia as well as a global sales and service network with a presence in over 60 countries.
