IT separation and integration relating to sale of Commerzbank subsidiaries

Lenz & Staehelin advised Commerzbank in its sale of Dresdner Bank (Schweiz) AG to the Liechtenstein-based LGT Group and of Commerzbank (Schweiz) AG to Vontobel Group, including IT separation and integration matters which included the negotiation of multi-party transitional services agreements.
