Jardine Matheson sold stake in Schindler Holding

Jardine Matheson, listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and with secondary listings in Bermuda and Singapore, through its subsidiary Connaught Luxembourg S.à r.l., sold a 0.89% stake in SIX-listed Schindler Holding AG for a total consideration of approx. USD 217 million. UBS AG was the global coordinator and bookrunner on the transaction.
