LUEG acquires MERBAG’s remaining stake in LUEG’s Swiss operations

On June 23, 2023, Fahrzeug-Werke LUEG AG (LUEG), one of the largest distribution and service partners of Daimler AG in Germany, acquired the remaining stake in LUEG’s Swiss operations from Mercedes-Benz Automobil AG (MERBAG).
