Maus Frères sells Jumbo-Markt to Coop

On April 1, 2021, Maus Frères and Coop-Gruppe Genossenschaft announced the sale of all shares in Jumbo-Markt AG, a large Swiss do-it-yourself store operator, to Coop for an undisclosed consideration. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
