Prime Infrastructure to acquire SierraCol Energy from Carlyle

Prime Infrastructure, a Philippines-based infrastructure investor, agreed to acquire SierraCol Energy, Colombia's largest independent oil and gas exploration and production company, from Carlyle. The transaction represents a significant investment by Prime Infrastructure in the Latin American energy sector and supports the continued development of SierraCol Energy’s operations and asset portfolio in Colombia. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
