Sale of Solvalor fund management S.A. to Realstone Holding SA

On 23 October 2013, Solvalor fund management S.A., a fund management company based in Lausanne that administers the real estate investment fund Solvalor 61, announced that its shareholders Vavite Holding SA, a company owned by Mr. Yvan de Rham, as well as Mr. Pierre Milliet had sold all the shares of the company to Realstone Holding SA, a company headquartered in Lausanne that owns the fund management company Realstone SA. Completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
