Sale of Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort

WF Swiss Hospitality GmbH, a portfolio company of a Private Equity Firm, has sold the iconic five-star Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort to Romanian company Paval Holding and hotel operator Apex Alliance of Lithuania.
