SoftwareOne’s CHF 1.26 Billion Financing

SoftwareOne, a leading global software and cloud solutions provider, closed a CHF 1.26 billion syndicated financing, arranged by BNP Paribas, UBS Switzerland, UniCredit and Zürcher Kantonalbank and with a group of international and Swiss financial institutions in the syndicate.

Following the completion of the recommended voluntary offer by SoftwareOne for all shares in Crayon, the financing forms part of the long-term debt financing of the SoftwareOne Group.
