Swiss Federal Appeals Court quashes fines of ComCo against Pfizer

The Swiss Federal Appeals Court upheld Pfizers appeal against the decision of ComCo and quashed fines of several millions Swiss Francs. The court held that Pfizer’s price recommendations for the drug Viagra were lawful and did not amount to illegal resale price maintenance.
