Swissquote acquires PostFinance's stake in Yuh

Swissquote Bank Ltd has acquired the 50% stake in Yuh SA held by PostFinance AG. Following the acquisition, which values Yuh at CHF 180 million, Swissquote owns 100% of Yuh.

Yuh is a Swiss fintech app launched in 2021 as a joint venture between PostFinance and Swissquote. It integrates mobile banking, payments, savings and trading into a single intuitive platform.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Swissquote on the transaction. The team was led by Ariel Ben Hattar (Fintech) and Federico Trabaldo Togna (Corporate and M&A) and included Floran Ponce and Luca Gigante (both Tax), Noé Luisoni, Alexandra Vraca and Alissa Fourati (all Corporate and M&A).
