Syndicated Financing for Swarovski

The Swarovski Group, a designer and manufacturer of high-quality crystals, genuine and created gemstones, and finished products such as jewelry and accessories, has successfully closed an up to EUR 550 million syndicated financing, with BNP Paribas, UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank as Coordinating and Bookrunning Mandated Lead Arrangers and with a group of international and Swiss banks in the syndicate.
