Montserrat Lloves Facility Manager

Montserrat Lloves works in logistics at our Geneva office, having first joined the firm as an assistant in the Judicial group and then worked as a receptionist. Montserrat's role includes managing the building and administration for Human Resources. Before joining Lenz & Staehelin, she spent more than 28 years in hairdressing and founded four hair salons. During this time, she acquired independence, a great sense of entrepreneurship and team management skills. After deciding to change profession, Montserrat took an intensive 18-month training course to become an administrative assistant.
