    Dr. Roger Bischof is a member of our Firm's Insolvency and Restructuring, Corporate and M&A, as well as Banking and Finance practice groups. He is qualified as both an attorney and a certified public accountant. Much of his work involves advising companies, banks and creditors in national and cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases. Roger also regularly advises clients in broader corporate and commercial matters. He is an INSOL Fellow and the President of the Swiss Turnaround Association (STA) / TMA Switzerland.
