    Tanja Schmidt is an associate in the Litigation group of our Geneva office since 2020, Tanja focuses her practice on civil disputes, in particular complex litigation involving financial or international elements. She also advises individuals and companies on contractual and commercial matters, including employment law. Drawing on several years of experience gained at various law firms in Geneva, she also served as a law clerk at the First Civil Law Court of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. Tanja holds a Ph.D. in law from the University of Geneva and undertook research stays abroad (Columbia Law School and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law). She regularly publishes in the field of contract law.
