Forterro acquires Clip Industrie Sàrl

On May 10, 2022, Forterro, a group of European enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and service companies, through ProConcept SA, acquired the entire share capital of Clip Industrie Sàrl, a Swiss-based supplier of ERP software for small to midmarket industrial product manufacturing companies in Switzerland. The acquisition brings new customers to Forterro, who already provides its software solutions to more than 10,000 companies.
