IMC acquires Tensor Technologies' business

IMC, a global leader in market making, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business of Tensor Technologies AG, a developer of trading software and algorithms, located in Zug, Switzerland. The transaction closed in December 2022.

Lenz & Staehelin acted as legal advisor to IMC on this transaction.
