Insight Venture Partners acquires control of Kaseya

On 24 June, 2013, Insight Venture Partners, a New York-based private equity firm specialized in underwriting mature technology companies, signed and successfully closed the purchase of a significant investment in Kaseya, the market leader in IT management solutions for managed service providers and mid-market enterprises, headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

Lenz & Staehelin advised Insight Venture Partners as Swiss counsel. The team was led by Beat Kühni (M&A and Corporate) and Heini Rüdisühli (Tax) and included Franziska Stadtherr-Glättli (Tax), Leonard Vijverberg, Fabiano Menghini and Patrik Leisi (all M&A and Corporate).
