Lenz & Staehelin advised Crédit Agricole (Suisse) SA in connection with the acquisition of TechnoMarine SA, a Geneva-based retailer of watches, in a leveraged buyout transaction by an investor group comprised of Mr. Gilbert Ohayon, Mr. Jean-Claude Yana, Cie Benelux Participations SA (Cobepa), a unit of Cobehold, and Crédit Agricole (Suisse) SA (acting in its own name and on behalf of private investors).
