Rappa Beteiligungen AG acquires Lubana AG

On 1 December 2017 Rappa Beteiligungen announced that it has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of all shares in Lubana for an undisclosed consideration. Lubana is a leading regional provider of real estate services to private and institutional property owners.
