Roca acquired Similor Group from Madison Private Equity

Spain's Roca Sanitario, S.A. acquired Similor Holding AG from Swiss private equity investor Madison Private Equity Holding SA. The purchase price was CHF 138 million. The transaction closed on July 11, 2007.

The Similor Group is the leading provider of bathroom and kitchen faucets in Switzerland.

Roca Sanitario was advised by Lenz & Staehelin. The legal team was led by Rudolf Tschäni who was assisted by Tino Gaberthüel, Urs Reinwald and Marc-Philippe Prinz (all Corporate and M&A) as well as Pascal Hinny (Tax).
