Solvay SA sold Solvay (Schweiz) AG

Euronext-listed Solvay SA, a Belgian global leader in materials, chemicals and solutions, sold its Swiss subsidiary Solvay (Schweiz) AG to Sodi Beteiligungen AG for an undisclosed consideration.
