State Street announces acquisition of Complementa Investment-Controlling AG

State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT), one of the world's leading providers of financial services to institutional investors, announced on October 4, 2011 that it has acquired Complementa Investment-Controlling AG, an investment performance measurement and analytics firm based in St.Gallen, Switzerland.
