Dr. Martin Aebi is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner who has acted as counsel in numerous large-scale cases (also involving states) before arbitral tribunals and state courts. He is ranked among Switzerland’s leading arbitration practitioners by all major international legal directories. Originally, Martin focused on intellectual property-related matters such as licensing and joint-development issues. Over time, his experience has broadened to cover a wide range of business areas including construction, M&A and banking. Martin is a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. In addition to his work as party representative, Martin also sits as an arbitrator.
