Carrier Global acquires Viessmann Climate Solutions segment

On April 26, 2023, Carrier Global Corporation, a leading global provider of intelligent climate and energy solutions announced the agreement to acquire Viessmann Climate Solutions, the largest segment of Viessmann Group, in a cash and stock transaction valued at EUR 12 billion. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
