Credit Suisse Asset Management sells its stake in Energy Infrastructure Partners
Credit Suisse Asset Management sold its minority stake in Energy Infrastructure Partners AG to the company's co-founders and managing partners for an undisclosed consideration. Energy Infrastructure Partners was established in 2014 as a joint venture between Credit Suisse Asset Management and the co-founders and has since become the largest investment group active in Swiss infrastructure.
Lenz & Staehelin advised Credit Suisse in this transaction. The team included Tino Gaberthüel and Simone Ehrsam (both corporate/M&A), Pascal Hinny and Lukas Aebi (both tax).
