Lenz & Staehelin advises Swissquote

Lenz & Staehelin advises Swissquote, Switzerland’s leading online bank, on various FinTech matters, including in relation to:

  • trading in cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin; and
  • the first actively managed Bitcoin certificate, which allows investors to participate in the cryptocurrency's boom through a financial instrument with a listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange.


Lenz & Staehelin had previously advised Swissquote on the implementation of its pioneering robo-advisory platform.
