Merger between Regiobank Männedorf and acrevis Bank

Regiobank Männedorf and acrevis Bank, two regional Swiss banks, announced today that they will merge. The transaction is structured as a statutory merger under the Merger Act; Regiobank Männedorf will be merged with and into acrevis Bank. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including shareholder and regulatory approvals.
