Sale of KVT Fastening Business to Bossard Group successfully completed

On November 30, 2012, KVT-Koenig AG, a renowned specialist for high-quality, special fastening and sealing applications, successfully completed the sale of its fastening business division to Bossard Group (SIX Swiss Exchange: BOS).

Lenz & Staehelin advised KVT-Koenig AG, which is held by Capvis and HgCapital, in this transaction. The team included Stephan Erni (Partner, Corporate and M&A), Eric Olivier Meier and Fabiano Menghini (both Corporate and M&A), Patrick Hünerwadel and Nicolai Binkert (Finance) as well as Lara Dorigo and Raphael Nusser (IP).
