Vigier Holding sells Creabeton Matériaux

Vicat Group, the Euronext listed producer of cement, concrete and aggregates announced that its Swiss subsidiary Vigier Holding AG entered into an agreement for the sale of Creabeton Matériaux to Müller Steinag Holding, a Swiss building construction company. Creabeton Matériaux is based in Lyss (BE), has a workforce of approximately 380 employees and specializes in prefabrication of concrete products. The transaction is subject to certain conditions precedent and expected to close at the end of the first semester 2021.
