Vodafone to acquire Skaylink from Waterland

Vodafone Group agreed to acquire Skaylink Group primarily from funds managed by Waterland. Skaylink is a leading full-service cloud, digital transformation and security specialist headquartered in Germany with offices throughout Europe. Completion of the transaction is expected by the end of March 2026, subject to the receipt of necessary regulatory approvals.
