Jutta Gangsted is a senior associate in the Private Clients Practice of our Geneva office, providing strategic advice to families, trustees, and family offices on sophisticated cross-border wealth matters. She advises on multi-jurisdictional estate planning, bridging common law and civil law in projects such as business succession, trusts and foundations, estates, philanthropy, occasional art-related matters, and relocations. Before joining Lenz & Staehelin, she worked at a leading US law firm in Brussels; she holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, is admitted in New York, and earned a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management with the highest Switzerland and Liechtenstein score for the Diploma and several individual examinations.
