    Dr. Nathalie Adank is a senior associate in the Real Estate practice group of Lenz & Staehelin Geneva. She advises clients on issues relating to the sale and purchase of real estate, urban planning and zoning, building permits and construction law, the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (Lex Koller), condominium ownership, as well as on lease issues, public pro-curement and hospitality transactions. She also advises on environmental law (polluted sites, noise protection, waste treatment and transport, wastewater management, etc.). Nathalie holds a PhD in land use law and an LLM in Environmental Law and Policy from Stanford Law School.
