Expertise
Dr. Nathalie Adank is a senior associate in the Real Estate group of our Geneva office. She advises clients on issues relating to the sale and purchase of real estate, urban planning and zoning, building permits and construction law, the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (Lex Koller), PPE, as well as on lease issues, public procurement and transactions in the hotel sector. She also advises on environmental law (polluted sites, noise protection, waste treatment and transport, air protection, etc.). Nathalie holds a PhD in land use law and an LLM in Environmental Law and Policy from Stanford Law School.
