RIRI Group sold to OC Oerlikon

On December 16, 2022, the shareholders of RIRI Group, a leading provider of coated metal accessories for the luxury fashion industry, announced having entered into a definitive agreement to sell RIRI Group to OC Oerlikon Corporation AG, Pfäffikon (SIX: OERL), a global innovation provider for surface engineering, polymer processing and additive manufacturing.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter 2023, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
