Gyrus Capital backed DuPont Sustainable Solutions Acquires Sofies Group

Gyrus Capital backed DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) has acquired on October 5, 2021, Sofies Group, a leading global sustainability project management and consulting firm with offices in Geneva, Zurich, London and Bangalore. Sofies Group is one of the leading brands in sustainability consulting, recognized for their strong focus on action and implementation. This acquisition brings to DSS a senior team of consultants possessing experience in more than 250 ESG consulting projects. With the addition of Sofies consultants, DSS will have more than 1000 full-service employees and experts serving its global clients.
