Aricoma acquired Tracking and Tracing Business from Dentsu

Aricoma, a major provider of IT services for pan-European organizations and companies, announced on August 1, 2026 that it had acquired the tracking and tracing business from Dentsu (Dentsu Tracking). Dentsu Tracking is headquarted in Switzerland and employs 60 technology specialists, with teams in Switzerland and Spain. Dentsu Tracking focuses on supply chain security and control for companies, governments and public institutions.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Aricoma in the transaction.
