emeis sells Senevita Group to Tertianum

emeis, a French healthcare group listed on Euronext, has entered into agreements with Tertianum for the sale of its Swiss residential and nursing home operations, together with the sale of the related real estate assets to two institutional real estate investors.

The transaction covers the acquisition by Tertianum of emeis's operational activities in 40 nursing homes and senior residences across Switzerland, representing nearly 3,600 beds, bringing together two long-established Swiss providers in the residential and nursing care sector for the elderly.

The Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO) approved the transaction on December 11, 2025. Closing is envisaged for the first quarter of 2026.
