Veeam acquires Object First

Veeam Software, an IT company active in the development of data backup, data recovery and data protection solutions and a portfolio company of Insight Partners, has acquired Object First, a leader in immutable backup-storage solutions. This acquisition enables Veeam to leverage existing synergies between the two companies and further empower its position as a global leader in data resilience solutions.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Veeam on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
