Tanja Luginbühl is an expert in insolvency and restructuring, private clients and corporate and M&A. She has been involved in various national and cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases representing companies, banks and creditors. She leads the Insolvency and Restructuring group of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. In addition, Tanja Luginbühl advises Swiss and foreign private clients regarding succession matters, international trust and estate planning and charity law. She has experience in handling trust matters and providing family office services. Also, she has an extensive expertise in aircraft lease and finance transactions.

Tanja Luginbühl is featuring as one of only very few female lawyers in Switzerland among the IFLR1000 Women Leaders 2020, 2021 and 2022, which list leading female transactional lawyers in the world. Women in Business Law Guide 2020 listed Tanja Luginbühl as leading practitioner in the Restructuring and Insolvency field.
