
Tino Gaberthüel
Tino Gaberthüel is a corporate partner at Lenz & Staehelin. He has extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of corporate transactions, focussing on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. Tino Gaberthüel is regularly involved in key transactions in the Swiss market, both domestic and cross-border. He recently represented, among others, Tetra Pak in its acquisition of Comet's ebeam business, Baloise in its acquisitions of devis.ch, Bubble Box and Movu, Rothschild in the sale of its global trust business, Hyundai Motor in its minority investment in GRZ Technology and its joint venture with H2 Energy, KKCG and Sazka Group on Apollo Global's EUR 500m investment in Sazka, and Ant Financial Services Group in its investment in Global Blue. He also serves as an independent board member of Saxo Bank (Schweiz) AG. Besides his corporate practice, Tino Gaberthüel lectures at the LL.M program of the University of Zurich and at the Advanced Master Studies of the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ and is a regular contributor in legal text books and law journals.
